One the nand flash on momentus is slow compared to recent ssd's, and it's only 4GB.
This is almost all filled up after a few reboots as that's what it will cache.
Any programs, files, etc. will not be stored there...

A few things depending on how you use it.
You will need a monitor for initial hookup. Once you allow screen sharing and you screen share to the server you can then remove the monitor.

Is there any reason or advantage to have an external hard drive as a time machine backup for clients?
I'm running ML server and have an extra internal hard drive I was going to use for clients.
As many of you know, Apple has decided to remove early 2007 and back Macbook Pro's from from running Mountain Lion. Mainly due to the graphics card. For instance mine is the x1600.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas about getting Mountain Lion to run on older hardware.

Even though I ordered new parts for a new build I still wanted to repurpose my i3 and ASROCK H55M.
