Apparently you can enable GPU acceleration here, so it seems to be supported: chrome://flags/
I cannot say that it made any difference for me however :P
It seems like there is a bug which keeps OS X from sleeping when google Chrome is running. This seems to be a long standing issue at least one year old, judging by various message board posts. I am now using this free tool as a workaround: http://www.dragonone.com/products/macosx/pleasesleep/...
I also have an i7 and USB works fine since I installed the NEC USB kext. The DSDT has given me no problems so far. The only problem I have is that Lion does not go to sleep on it's own, I have to put it to sleep manually. USB is working fine though, even after sleep.
Can't tank you enough for providing an alternative DSDT. Should it not be moved into the database, as obviously the F11 is not working in _Lion_?
One more caveat I encountered during my first boot after installation with Unibeast was a kernel panic during boot: panic(...)...

When I installed OS X I left some space free to install Win 7 at some later point. Today I went ahead and installed Win 7 and had to find out that it is not a good idea to create a partition from the Win 7 installer. It seems like I ahve a strange combination of an GPT and MBR partitioning now...
