@CaseySJ 12.3 Beta 2 and OC 0.7.8 greatly improved metal performance. It's not back to what it was on 12.2, but it's definitely useable now. Thanks for keeping this guide up to date!

Ah, unfortunate. It seems that others have been able to get 12.3 running smoothly on a Hackintosh, so I wonder if there's some specific issue with our HW or the configuration in OC that is causing this problem. Have you tried with a card other than the 5700 XT?
