Though Intel 750 can work natively, it has a performance issue. On Windows you need to install a specific driver. There is no such driver for macOS.

For 3840x2160 (or 4096x2304 specially for LG UltraFine 4K), go with either something 21.5~24" (retina sharpness, less space) or around 43" (traditional sharpness, more space). Intermediate size like 32" will mess you up with UI scaling.

Have you installed both the two card? If so, set initial GFX to the right PCIe slot in BIOS. If that does not work, put GTX 1080 in the first PCIe slot and set it as initial GFX.
