I had the same symptoms on a new MacBook Pro and finally resolved it by unchecking and rechecking iMessage under Settings/AppleId/iCloud. I think the standard advice is to sign out of and back into iCloud

This is just for the good of the cause: I keep re-discovering that you need to carefully check BIOS setting if you have a problem... After a hardware change (had to replace the RX 580) I struggled to get OC to boot. I could get into Clover/Mojave without any trouble, but none of my OC backups...

Has happened to me on and off since Mojave, but it has been worse for me on Big Sur. For me, the Bluetooth and USB tend to only crash when I'm using Zoom/Teams/WebEx and other applications.

Is there anything under Bluetooth in the System Report?

I was trying to prove your theory that the issue might have to do with how Windows is access the BT device. Do the issues still happen if you cold boot directly into MacOS without going into Windows?

If you do a cold start into MacOs without going into Windows 1st, do you have the same problems? Do you know which antenna is BT? Have you swapped them? Are you running Clover or OC? What KEXTS are you running?

You can certainly try repositioning the card, but I think eliminating 2.4Ghz would be good problem solving. In an early Mojave build I was getting 2.4Ghz interference with my Magic Mouse even though the MacBook sitting right next to it was fine.

Are you connected to 5Ghz Wi-Fi? There are multiple reports of 2.4Ghz interfering with BT on this card. Can you eliminate 2.4Ghz connections in your testing? While my hackintosh never has trouble with my AirPods, my iPhone 11 pro has always had BT drops...

Are you using a USB port map or USBInjectAll? I had a similar issue (can't remember if it was Catalina or Big Sur) and removed my USB port map and was back in business.

On OpenCore 0.6.0 and Big Sur Beta (Build 20A5343j) and my onboard audio has disappeared after 11 days of working perfectly. Not a big deal, but has anyone else seen/experienced this?
