HI, Try deleting this file. com.apple.systempreferences.plist ~/Library/Preferences. Move that file to the Trash and restart your mackintosh and make your change and restart to see if you keep your setup

Hi jimbo75, Sometime it's the system info in your smbios,plist, what do you have? By putting macpro 3.1 fix all kind of bug for me ;)
