yes, definitely. do not use profile 1, set speed and all timings manually. e.g. 9.9.9.24. get the exact timings from CPU-Z

normal. I see the same on my board. mini6,2 does PM on soundcards. if that borders you, play a constant silent on your sound (i think there is a software called anti pop that does it)

darkwake=0 is a legacy from Lion & systems using MacPro3,1. no need for darkwake flags at all for ML and mini / imac smbios as far as I know. The default darkwake flags in Apple source codes works for many systems.
