Benjamin, I want to give you millions of kisses. You are a lifesaver. My High Sierra's UI is slightly choppier than was on Sierra (for instance when switching between desktops) but it's thousand times better than with latest Nvidia drivers!

This issue is pretty nasty. Some Apple apps like Mail or Calendar works like a charm, but for instance Chrome is choppy AF. Also some animations like bouncing icons on dock are choppy too. So, I probably rollback to Sierra, because this is annoying...
WOW, man, many thanks. I had same problem, 1 times of 3 I could boot without error and audio worked only if boot was successfull on first atempt! And this solved all my issues!

After 10.11.3 update, when my computer goes to sleep automatically, it just turns off monitor, but fans keeps running and I can't wake it up. I have to restart. :yawn:
