Would have to agree with Rehabman, when this laptop first hit the forums it was brand new and it was also before the Macbook 8,1 was even available i believe. So there was much to learn by all of us about the core M processor, and how to configure it. I myself am still attempting to hunt down...

Same results have happened after downloading and attempting to use new ssdtPRGen.sh

You and I found earlier in this thread that ssdtprgen.sh will not work with my processor as it is not in it's generator. We also don't have the acpi values for the macbook8,1 yet to trick it into working.

The cpu was throttling and doing everything without any assistance from osx (conclusion me and jhawk had come too) so I decided not to generate a power management ssdt. Do I need to patch the ssdt/DSDT after installing windows? If not then yes it is patched

attached is a log file from the Intel Power Gadget of my CPU underload from a Quick Prime95 session, it seems to spike to 2ghz briefly then settles around 1.6-1.8ghz idk if its a single core, or both cores doing so.

assuming if there is an SSDT.aml already in that folder i put a "-number" Jhawk gave me alot of ssdt's with his fast lane package, most have a -number after them.

So i should take what you typed and put into terminal? or into one of the ssdt's or the dsdt?
