I will definitely take a read now and come back with hopefully positive results. I did more testing and this is apparently only an OSX graphics card driver/or even power setting?/BIOS issue. I ran windows 7 on the same system, exact same hardware and did not get any freezing.

Thank you for the post on Sata to eSata connector. Decided to buy one on Amazon and hopefully that will fix everything. Stupid eSata just kept disconnecting and pissing me off. I would have to restart because of the Eject error. Cheers to a possible fix!

I found the DSDT from the tonymacx86 database, but after deleting the EXTRAS folder and installing the DSDT I couldn't get my computer to boot. Not sure whats wrong. Do I have to tweak the DSDT with DSDTFixer? Does anyone have a fully functional DSDT for my motherboard? I'm on core i7, 8GB...

I can completely concur JohnFante. There is gotta be something wrong with OS X Lion and graphics drivers, because prior to my Lion upgrade I used to be able to minimize Starcraft II and multitask. Now I can't even open a webpage without the entire OS feeling sluggish. Anyone else notice this...

I noticed the same problem with my 68XX card when I first installed OS X Lion. SC2 just would lag not only the game but my entire operating system. Rolling back to older kexts helped a lot, but it still doesn't "feel" 100%. Not sure if there will be newer drivers for 6xxx but I'm crossing my...
