So... updated to High Sierra with minor issues, all solved now! Just make sure you avoid the APFS. Im going to milk that board until if falls apart. :P

I solved it by using AppleAHCIPort.kext from 10.12.6. Anyone else having this issue you will need to disable SIP to copy it over, and make sure you install it with Kext Utility or else it will give you the stop sign.

Boot with -v and see where is it getting stuck. If you can, take a picture of the last text you can see before it hangs.

Multibeast has a AppleRTC patch for CMOS reset. You might want to try that.
