Hello Folks,
I have a NUC6i5SYH I've installed Catalina on with OpenCore but after finishing the installer it will not boot. Does anyone have a working Catalina EFI?
Thanks!
I finally got mine working I had to change the permissions on IntelMausiEthernet.kext:
cd /Library/Extensions/
sudo chmod -R 755 IntelMausiEthernet.kext
sudo chown -R root:wheel IntelMausiEthernet.kext
I rebooted and my on-board ethernet was working however, because I used USB Ethernet I still...
I did try that but on board ethernet is not listed. I was able to get the Apple USB Ethernet working from the Terminal by using:
/sbin/ifconfig en0 up
sudo ipconfig set en0 DHCP
However, I can't login to the App Store with the USB Ethernet on en0.
I'm having a similar issue. I cannot get the onboard ethernet working with any driver and I cant event get any USB ethernet adapters working including an Apple Ethernet Adapter. The USB ethernet adapters show up in the System Information under USB but not in the Network preference pane. Seems...

I also am using the HD 4000 graphics so if u are trying to mirror me you will need to take out your graphics card. I bet once things are...
After doing some more research I'm a little less concerned about the lack of VT-d support. Many 2011 Apple Macs didn't support VT-d and Intel's i7 K series processors don't support VT-d which may explain why my last build with i7-2600K has no issues like this. Seems like this is still not a...
Hi All,
I almost gave up on my hackintosh build (UEFI Gigabyte GA-Q77M-D2H + i7-3770) recently because I didn't realize I needed to disable VT-d in the BIOS. Luckily now that I have everything seems to be working fine.
I read through a couple other threads on VT-d...
