CPU was faulty... Got new CPU on the old Mobo and it seems to be very stable! Actually finishing Cinibench without crashing etc. My world can resume normally. Thanks for the advice and help everyone! :thumbup:

Update: Both CPU & Mobo have gone back to Scan for testing. Got to the point I couldn't even boot Windows due to soaring temps on both Water Cooler and Stock Fan... Sitting 71 degrees on idle. We'll see what they say.

Sorry dude, forgot to mention I did do that. Didnt work unfortunately. I however reduced the CPU from 4hgz to 3.70ghz and it actually finishes the CPU Cinibench test without restarting or shutting down on Windows. Success...kind of. What does this mean?

Thanks guys. So after looking and installing windows to eliminate the OS X side of things. It is still happening on Windows. Happens right at the end of the Cinibench CPU test as the CPU finishing off or coming back down. So weird. Not really sure where to go now... Had a look at the intel...

I also have the white screen with apple logo on for 1/3 to 1/2 of the loading bar. Thought that was normal, it seems a fair amount of time from pressing the on button to actually being able to get into the OSX.
