'Internal SATA HD showing as external' is easy to fix, you have to install IOAHCIBlockStorageInjector and 3rdParty SATA from Multibeast. 'Internal DVD Drive showing as external' I don't know how to fix it, I have the same problem. (Eject button doesn't work)
