    For my Monterey setup, I switched from 500 960evo to Gen3 256 Apple SSD on a PCIe card. Boots almost 2x faster than my Big Sur. Still debating if I should invest in a different NVMe, but the Apple SSD works. Yeah its only 250 and the read/write speeds are outdated.....but it just works.

    AMD Vega 56/64 mouse lag

    I used to encounter the mouse shutter as well. One day I noticed my Vega was running at x8 instead of x16. Turned out it was sharing bandwidth with slot 4. I freed up the slot and now the issue is gone. Hope it helps.
