Okay, that did the trick! OCLP built the kernel cache, and now the wireless card is fully functioning. Am posting this while surfing wirelessly. Thanks!
Okay, after quite a bit of work with my EFI folder and my config.plist, I've managed to finally get a working boot of Sonoma, to the point that I can run the OCLP Rootpatch Configurator.
However, each time I've run it, I get the following message:

Thanks for this - using those settings for my Coffee Lake i5 9600KF in Clover Configurator allowed me to finally install and boot r5125, after I had borked my system last week with 5123.
Still, I'll be hesitant to install Big Sur on my system until the new versions of Unibeast and Multibeast...
I decided to upgrade my hackintosh using the newest version of the Western Digital SN750 1 TB NVME drive in my Gigabyte H370M-D3H board. It's in the correct slot for 4 x speeds, the other is a WD Blue 500 GB NVME drive in the other slot (my current boot drive).

Okay, I've got it solved - all I had to do was to install WEG, Lilu and AppleALC into Library/Extensions using Kextbeast. HDMI now working properly! (As well as the audio)
I've now installed Catalina 10.15.1 on a spare drive to give it a test spin - and discovered that the HDMI port on the card isn't working. Screen goes black. I am getting output on one of the DVI ports so I can see the desktop on my second monitor.

I have applied the newest WEG, Lilu and...
