Only issue was audio. Opened up Multibeast and hit the realtek 892 audio driver option, then did a restart and audio was back! This was on a Gigabyte GA-Z77N-wifi Motherboard.

My Bios was latest at F2..., Try the "GraphicsEnabler=No" bootflag, might help. also In bios some have said to turn Vitualization off and vt-d off.
