It appears that an update (v2.5) came out that I didn’t know about...
For 10.14 support from the sound of it. I tried the interface on my desktop and MacBook (running 10.14) and same results and crashes.
I tried connecting it to a USB 3 hub (powered) that's plugged into the rear USB 2.0 port (next to the keyboard port) and still encountered the issue last night.
I figured it had something to do with the USB & Power. My main rig is now using a Gigabyte Z97X-SLI.
Looks like I have a novel to read and some playing around when I get home. Thanks!
No, I am not using a flashed video card. I am using a 1070 GTX. A post I found while digging, seemed to have a claim that somebody had an updated firmware that wasn't present on the Apogee site. I'm assuming that's just new to them and was, in fact, an updated firmware that was in the June...
I have this same exact problem, and it's driving me insane!
I've been unable to use this thing for months and have it run stable.
I've randomly been trying everything I can think of and or find to resolve it and so far it doesn't seem i'm any farther ahead.
I just wanted to chime in, I've also had an IOGear Bluetooth 4.0 dongle and had many issues with it as reported in various threads of mouse glitches, dropouts if it's not ridiculously close to the dongle.
I have just ordered a different one from Amazon and hope this will clear up the issue.
I've been trying to track down the exact cause and reason for these Kernel Panic / GPU restarts for a while.

Sometimes I can run the machine for a...
I get all the way to the end and I get an installation failed screen with no additional information on how or why it failed.
Anybody run into this or have any suggestions?
I followed the step by step and am upgrading from ML 10.8.4
That seemed to do the trick, thank you. I used the correct multi-beast and everything is working except for the onboard audio and my resolution doesn't seem to detect my 24" LCD as it did before (meaning it's ID string) it won't let me set the res as 1920x1200 60hz
Everything except inboard audio was working even after an upgrade to 10.7.3
After I ran the multibeast and reset the DSDT it did that. I think it may have used an older ver of DSDT but I manually replaced it via terminal in the extras directory.
