I was able to solve this issue by getting a new mobo. Asus Z370 Maximus X had a ton of problems with respect to SSDT (overclocking), Sleep/wake and USB. I bought Gigabyte Auros Gaming 5 Z370 and everything seems to be working including overclocking to 5.00 GHz.
