is there a way to adjust brightness of the led cinema in hackintosh or windows,i tried connecting my apple keyboard to cinema display and use f1 f2 keys with no luck...

it only works when i enter -v -x PciRoot=1 but thats a safe mode ;(

ok i managed to get through first stage when i formated te drive,when i reboot i see hackintosh drive when i enter -V i get this is error Refusing new kext apple.... usb composite.already have loaded v9.9.9 a loded copy with a differebt executable UUID is already present

hi there,im reinstalling the hackintosh on my machine i have formated the drive but i keep getting ebios error ,ive checked my bios settings everything is correct i was able to run SL with the same settings so i know its correct things i tried PCIRootUID=1 ,PCIRootUID=1 -x and -x

ok i got it to work this what i have done,i first formated the drive in Sl with Mac Os extended then i installed on windows this program http://www.mediafour.com/macdrive it enables windows users to view mac formated drives!!!

im able to mount it only when i format in mac os extended format in SL but of course im not able to mount it in windows,what if i try to use an apple computer to add those files to usb ad then run on hackintosh?

ok i tried all those things,i first formated in 32 and 64 no success,cant mount the usb then i tried formating ms dos in SL ,then copy paste files from windows,verifying showing amount of files but still cant mount it ;(

a few other things i tried 1.connecting ipod (to apple cinema) just charging not visible at all 2.burning autocad for mac and adding multibeast to uso,i can see it Disk Utility but im not able to mount it

thanks for all the replies,i tried plugging iphone in to cinema dipsplay it starting to charge but again i dont see it in disk utilities... is that a common problem at all? i think im running out things to try ;(

ok i managed to make an IBoot (iso) cd with multibeast,its not bootable at all,i even tried switching diff dvd drive,both drive wont even respond whne i physically press eject,only when i have iBoot cd im able touse eject in Os :banghead:

winrar can only edit rar or zip,after editing iBoot with Power ISo i get errors burning the cd

thats the thing, it doesnt recognizes the ethernet card so i have no internet ;(

after succesufful snow leopard install i cant get Multibeast to run,my usb key not seen at all,tried to burn a dvd and iso both didnt work,the only cd it sees is Iboot,can somebody please help with this ? Thanks
