    MSI PRO Z690 A DDR4 + i7-12700K + AMD RX 580

no wifi, because Apple in Sonoma has deactivated support for Intel and Fenvi cards. I use wifi on system 1 (Z690) with the Archer T3U plus USB stick with Chris1111 drivers and it works well (speed over 200 Mbps) but with the known limitations of handoff and continuity. On system 2 I only use the...

USB Wireless Adapters for Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma

I fully agree with Trs96. There is no need to complicate your life with OCLP, if you have the possibility of using simpler alternative methods

USB Wireless Adapters for Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma

Go easy on T3u plus with Monterey. To install the kexts you have to follow step by step Chris1111's guide detailed here: https://github.com/chris1111/Wireless-USB-Big-Sur-Adapter. I confirm that with the Fenvi-T919 card I encountered the same malfunctions you highlighted while the BT works. As...

USB Wireless Adapters for Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma

To be precise I use T3u plus only on build 1 (MSI Z690); on build 2 (MSI Z170) only wired line and MacOs Ventura.

USB Wireless Adapters for Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma

Stable speed around 200Mbps all the time. For the rest we trust in the updates of Sonoma.

USB Wireless Adapters for Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma

Yes, I have been using TP-lLnk T3u plus for some years both with Monterey and with Ventura and everything worked fine. Now, I use it with Sonoma Public Beta, and it only WiFi works while AirDrop, iMessage and FaceTime don't work.

USB Wireless Adapters for Big Sur, Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma

Tp-link T3u plus works excellently well with Monterey, Ventura and Sonoma with Chris1111 drivers. I only use this, stable speed over 200 Mbps, having the router far away but with 1000 Mbps fiber. With Fenvi T-919 and built-in wi-fi 6 intel card, obviously same position, speed 60/70 Mbps...

    [HOW TO] OpenCore 0.8.8 > 0.8.9 differences

Then we have the same tastes! Let's say that I always like to experiment with new things and then updating OC with OCAT is extremely simple. Just set OCAT to Dev and it does it all in seconds while also providing validate feedback on regular config plist compilation.

    [HOW TO] OpenCore 0.8.8 > 0.8.9 differences

My Z690 also has the spinning circle after selecting Win11 boot on the OC selector and it's still on the screen. I use Opencanopy and OC 0.9.0 Choosing windows, the boot is this.

    MSI PRO Z690 A DDR4 + i7-12700K + AMD RX 580

Hey Jamie704, It is foolish to give up immediately at the first hitch. Try reading the great OCAT app beginners guide posted here: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/beginners-guide-to-using-oc-auxiliary-tools-app-also-known-as-ocat.323947, and you will see that you will succeed. I succeeded...

    MSI PRO Z690 A DDR4 + i7-12700K + AMD RX 580

Hey Jaime704, of course you're a nice dude. Ask the site for help but respect the site's rules; you send your EFI, and it results in a mixed fry between OpenCore and Clover and go ahead and be offended! Post things correctly, and you will see that you will get help.
