I was able to fix this issue by formatting the Hard drive to APFS.

ok so I was able to fix the 1TB issue... it was a faulty NVMe drive! ugh.... I got to the install Screen but it says "you may not install to this volume because the computer is missing a firmware version." any idea how to fix this?

I got everything working perfectly.... my only issue is that my wifi isn't working... the model of my wifi card is "BCM943228HM4L" I dunno which kext I could use for my wifi card. Thanks, Steve

Im kinda stuck on step 10. I'm able to boot onto Yosemite with the USB stick like step 10 says, but when I install all the stuff I need and restart the computer, my computer freezes in a black screen with a white apple aND a progres bar. So I reboot and select verbose it says no mac os installed...

I'm able to get to install yosemite, but when my probook restarts and follow "10. Restart and press F9 to choose Boot devices > Boot from EFI file > choose your Clover bootloader partition > EFI > Boot > BOOTX64.efi". But on my Clover Partition it just shows "/" and "Exit" and nothing else...

Hey All, I'm trying to install yosemite with this tutorial and I get to step 5. I select "Boot OS X Install from Install OS X Yosemite" it takes me to a black screen with a white apple and a progress bar, but it doesn't look like the progress bar is moving. I've been waiting for 30 mins and...
