    For reference, you can achieve 60hz (or 59.975) with the club3d cac-1070 adapter by making a custom resolution in switchresx and make sure you set it with "CVT-RB".

    OS X 10.11.1 Update

    Got a black screen at first. Had to boot back in using nv_disable=1 and re-run agdpfix again. Works, but on osx driver. Waiting on nvidia to update.

    Someone made me an ssdt-0 after i gave him my dsdt (not sure, i'm a newb at ssdt/dsdt). Along with your usb2fix ssdt, install screen showed right away. Thanks again:D

    Thanks for replying. I got a bit further in the boot process with your advice but still not booting..I'll keep at it. I get new errors now:) If i wait long enough after the "service exited with abnormal code:255", i get a grey screen with beachball.

    Helloooo. I just can't get this thing to boot so I can install el capitan. Tried about every combination of commands (npci=0x2000, graphicsenabler=yes/no, pcirootuid=0, usekernelcache=no, nv_disable=1, -v)and they all end up at "still waiting for root device". Using -x gets me to another page...
