Is the z390 that good of a jump?

What's your opinion on this build, for a new Hackintosh? :) I'm buying from this Portuguese store: pcdiga.com We don't have/can't order from Newegg etc because of customs. P.S.: I hope I'm not forgetting anything? I'm a newbie

Oh I didn't know that. So I need to have OS already to download Mojave from the app store? Or is there an alternative to download it somewhere else? Thank you, that was exactly my doubt.
