This guide is very comprehensive, which means there are quite a part of the instructions are not for you - you need to know what you have and which step you need to follow. Maybe I can help you a bit if you can give me some details of your hardware.

Thank you for your comment. Sadly, the AR5BWB222 chip is soldered on the mother board and cannot be replaced. Is there any work-around except for using a USB wifi?

UPDATE: I removed "blinkscreen".... Finding that without blinkscreen, the brightness dosen't work properly BEFORE a sleep cycle: cannot reach maximum brightness... but still adjustble between ~40% to ~75%.. after a sleep cycle it's 40% to 100%... Will explore more tomorrow... have to sleep...
