Firstly, sorry for such a late reply. I don't regularly check this site.
Please refer to the BIOS guide from your motherboard to view the settings.
The dreaded Plus Sign error could be due to the UEFI driver installed in your boot USB. As mentioned you should do the following.
EFI > Clover...
I'd like to direct you to a mini-guide I made with my x99 chipset board: here
Try the BIOS settings and EFI's I used if you haven't already tried them.
Usually the +++ error is either a RAM issue or an unknown CPU. Go to Clover's options on preboot and enable the KernelCPU fix.
If you have a...
Essentially the +++ error, from my experience, means that Clover is not able to boot due to hardware incompatibilities either due to insufficient RAM or unable to identify the CPU freq or clock properly.
But if your boot passes the +++ signs and outputs other errors then it's probably a...
Hi all! I'm sorry for not reply earlier! I never received the e-mail notifications to replies to this post. My apologies.
I'm glad many of you have been able to boot your systems up and have it at least 90% functional. As I stated on my original post I have this computer as a server which...

I myself have an ASRock x99 Extreme4 board. Just posted a mini-guide for a fresh install. Here's a link to it: https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/macos-sierra-asrock-x99-extreme4-mini-guide.207371/
If by chance you get the dreaded PLUS SIGN ERROR then you may have an 'unsupported' CPU. You may need another FakeSMC.kext for your system. You can get around this by Enabling the KernelCPU fix included in clover. Found under the KernelAndKextPatches section.

Yes, I have successfully installed MacOS Sierra and I'm currently running a personal file server (with Server.app) on this build. Let's get started, shall we?
Disclaimer: This is a small how-to on getting the Clover Bootloader to run on this particular motherboard. I'm using this build as a...
From what I've seen when they 'patch' a kext they usually edit it. They do this by right-clicking and choose 'show package content'. This opens a folder with the 'content' folder. You open that folder and you find various files inside. These are the innards of the kext if you will. Then they...
I thought it'd work like that, but wouldn't the APP Store verify the (Mountain) Lion License before hand?
Although, my concern would be if the Server Installer would be more like a Combo Update; in which case it'd be required running MultiBeast before restarting, correct?
I know that TonyMac and the community has been doing an excellent job getting the latest OS X builds compatible with OSX86 systems, but I rarely see any discussion or developments for the Server side of a particular OS X build.
I was wondering if there will be a special installer for the $20...
