Thank you for all your help! I still wouldn't mind your EFI folder ( I always like to check my setup against others) but.. turned out on second look, when i booted into windows my LAN was gone there as well! after a bit of digging, I cleared CMOS and.... Bam! Ethernet. reset everything in bios...

Right now Im noticing that the fakepciid kexts are not loading so was looking into fake ID in clover. Thanks in advance for any info you caon provide.
Glad to see Im not the only one with this issue. I have tried everything mentioned unto post 27 and more before. I'll try these last suggestions and let you all know how it goes. Thanks everyone.
UPDATE: So suggestions from post 27 didn't work for me, I already had it disabled in Bios but I did...
Just incase it can help somebody else, I searched for the install error from log file "failed to locate volume with uuid" and found this thread right off the bat
