Verry simple 17 is for normal themes and 145 is for Flavours themes If you look at the OC Sample.plist and the SampleCustom.plist PickerAttributes is set to 17 for Normal theme and for Flavours themes you need 145

As for themes including backgrounds, you must choose the background that suits your screen It is show in the Video but all of backgrounds is here then Your only have to downloads the one you need then rename it as Background.icns
