Has anyone used the IDE port on this board? I have an older IDE DVD burner that I plugged in but it does not detect it. Is there a trick to get this port to function? Thanks

Never mind I got it working by trashing the NetworkInterfaces.plist in the prefs under library and having both ports plugged into any FW device then rebooting. Works now.

I have this Motherboard up and running with the install method here. One problem. The Little Firewire port works The larger one does not. Does anyone know how to add a Firewire port? Why does it just detect it ? Thanks

An Update (See above post) If I put a DVI to VGA adapter on the output and then go to the VGA input of any monitor it works fine and it gets all the correct resolutions for the monitor. I tried 2 different monitors with different resolution support just to be sure. So Something is screwed up...

Nope using DVI output Have not tried anything else as my card is a Dual DVI EVGA Geforce 9800GT 512MB I really can not figure out what is so wrong with my setup that nothing will detect a very common known working Graphics card. I followed these instructions and the install DVD goes blank...
