Toleda and the-darkvoid were helping me with this problem earlier in this post... I have installed the BrcmPatchRAM.kext and the bcm4352.kext. I have also done the patches for handoff support but no matter what I try I keep getting the same issues:
- I can connect non apple bluetooth devices...
Thanks for the help,
I attached two screenshots:
When I connect my apple wireless keyboard it will not type. (it works on my actual apple macbook)
When I connect my iPhone 6 the iPhone says "Device not supported" and bumps it off.
Thanks, I tried this too. I installed the kext BrcmPatchRAM.kext but don't know where I patch it. If I open the DPCI Manager it reads:
Vendor ID - 14e4 Device ID - 43b1
BUT if I open my System Information and click bluetooth it reads:
Vendor ID: 0x0B05 Product ID: 0x17CF
Which one am I...
I have bcm4352.kext and BTFirmwareUploader.kext installed. I also have them in my EFI partition.
I then tried the suggested steps to patch in this section of this post:
BCM94352 5 GHz/BT Handoff (10.10 and newer)
Hello,
I have followed all of the recommended steps for getting my Z97i-PLUS bluetooth working but it is having issues...
Wifi works fine. Bluetooth is recognized and I can search for devices. I can even connect NON apple devices to my bluetooth. But when I connect my apple wireless keyboard...
Hey jmares214,
I have the same board and have wifi working but my bluetooth only half works. It doesn't connect to all devices such as my apple keyboard or magic mouse.
How did you get bluetooth working?
Also attached is the kext that might work for audio for you.
