You were correct, thanks so much! Wasn't aware I was using MBR when I made the installer and now am using GPT. Thanks! 1st problem solved.

I did follow those instructions but it's completely missing the EFI folder after installing as if something is failing to work. I don't understand it.

My apologies! I for some reason got an error with the script version "you forgot to press f4", but I did and the files were there, so I fixed it by hand when I saw the things I missed. I attached them to the first post replacing the old files.

I'm running macOS 10.12.6 currently, I plan to attempt updating to 10.13 after I get the dedicated GPU disabled. I haven't done so yet because editing the SSDT files seems pretty advanced and I'm pretty new to all of this, so I'll tackle that problem next. I wanted to ask if somebody knows what...

Here are the files, at the end it seems to freeze in a loop (third photo) until it goes black.

I see now you say to use one partition, however in the order of the details it leads you to install Clover and then overwrite it with the macOS installer. Should Clover be installed after macOS? I did read them however they don't seem to answer my question about where to get the actual .kext...

Sorry if these are stupid questions, how do I get the .kext files from the FakeSMC, VoodooPS2Controller and USBInjectAll downloads? Do you just rename the folders with those titles to have .kext? For 10.13 do I need the Lilu and IntelGraphicsFixup? Also I was confused why it says specifically...

My bad, I was referring to the Radeon card mentioned after which doesn't seem particularly powerful.

Perhaps this GPU is old enough that it's not even worth it. It's a shame the NVIDIA options don't work these days.
