No luck. in fact, removing the Info.Plist patch and putting the RP04 aml file in Patched now causes the system to not boot (the little round circle with a line through) shows up.

Removed SSDT. Pasted the patch from the -120 file into my config plist. Attached. Still no luck. For the 94352, I assume I don't have to do the steps in the guide, ONLY the patch, correct? New fields attached.

Yes, got it working. - Make sure you have WiFi enabled (even though I use wired ethernet, had to have WiFi to get the option to show up in Preferences -> Security. - I had to unpair/re-pair - I had to toggle 'enable handoff' Finally got it to work.

I too had to restore the 10.12.0 version of IO80211family.kext to be able to get my BCM94352 to work after the 12.1 update. No other method would work.
