That's ok thanks for all your help. I don't do any photo/video editing. The only thing i'd really be using it for is powering a 2560x1440 monitor and playing some games. I don't think cuda is really used in either of those things is it? I know it is big for video editing but I haven't heard...

The only 770's i can find are on amazon. Newegg says out of stock. I can get a used 770 off amazon for about $350.The only new one I can find says its $500 and that's out of my price range right now. Would it be better to just get a GTX 970 for $370? I'm not sure how easy those are to get going...

How big of a difference have you noticed using the 2gb over the 4gb? Would you say smooth enough to justify the price difference? Seems to be about $56 difference on amazon.
