It does work but intermittent and drops. I do have another internal wifi \ bt card but its not whitelisted by lenovo, maybe I need to look into modding the bios instead. So close to perfection but almost ready to give up.

Thanks, I used Hackintool and set it to 2.0 where that device resides. Then I exported the usbport.kext and replaced mine. After my system profile still shows it under 3.0 just like before but when I open Hackintool it does default to USB2 now. Was that it?

Its an IOGEAR Bluetooth USB Micro Adapter, GBU521 which works some times and read the fix is to have on a usb 2.0 only port.

Jumped the gun, while USB 2.0 now shows in my system profile, I need to figure out how to still designate a port so that my BCM20702A0 falls under 2.0

I've read the GBU521 needs to be on a USB 2.0 port and not 3 which is the cause. All of my ports report 3.0 so I need to research how to configure one to be 2.0 only.
