Well done. I hate change too, but OpenCore seems to be the path forward.

Now that Beta 2 is out, I will grab the nightly of OpenCore and try it when I have time. Occupied in the woodshop for now.

The entire EFI is attached. You will have to rename it and generate your own: SystemSerialNumber MLB SystemUUID By the time you use this, there will be significantly updated versions of OpenCore etc, but it may get you started.

do you have the USB fixes recommended by OpenCore?

Did you make your own files or use premade? Perhaps a screen shot of the error point (assume you are using OpenCore Debug).

I also had to clear NVRAM prior to booting OpenCore to clear out entries put in by Clover that OpenCore will not delete.

Seems like every thread featuring an Apple OS update brings out the Nvidia issue. I have moved on. I like the OS, I like some of the features in Mojave and spent some money on keeping my rig up to date. Yea, I put a decent Nvidia card in the junk box and may stick it in a build for my kid...
