I think I may have solved it as I upgraded to 10.14.5 and changed my SMBIOS to iMac 13,2 instead of macmini 6,1. Anyway the CPU clocks down to 1,6GHz now finally! Unfortunately the GPU temp is still not very well... iStat Menus tells the power draw is arround 100W ?! Do you think this reliable...

the xcpm version doesnt work for me unfortunately. It makes the core speed even worse (showing 2147.48 THz all the time?)
