I have the same setup (MB/CPU/Fan). The issue im running into though is that the backplate for the Hyper 212 evo seems to touch some of the electronic components. Can you take a photo of your backplate on the corners? I seem to have shorted my board already (Just got it back from Gigabyte on a RMA)
Honestly from the initial clean install of mavericks (I actually started with Mountain Lion) the HD4600 was native. Check your bios
Initial Display should be IGFX (Not PCIe 1Slot)
Intel Processor Graphics should be Enabled (mine shows disabled since im using the 660)

I ended up changing the SMBIOS to MACPRO 3,1 installed latest NVIDIA webdriver change the SMBIOS back to iMac 14,2 and the driver works perfectly fine now...
