Oooh Yeah!! I got it!!! Thanks @Mrgeque a very very very lot!! After the nvram reset it worked, but to be sure I also rebuild the kext cache and now it works like a charm!!!!:headbang:
Thanks a lot. I'll try it. I know that the TPlink icons are there, but I mean the original ones from macOS Big Sur. The ones apple originally ship with macOS.
Hello fellas
I installed Big Sur a while ago and all is working well. I use wifi from a USB wifi card which is TP-Link WN823n v2. It has native support to macOS with TP-Link's driver. I have it all installed and working well, but the icons in the menu bar are like from the Windows XP:geek: so I...
@kingaslan I have a asus vivobook F542UA-DH71. I actually did not try to fix brightness and card readers and stuff cuz this hack is like my "try-out" sort of machine to test new OSes, like macOS Big Sur so it is not my main workbench hack. And I use ACPIBatteryManager.kext for battery and it...

Thanks but my headphone already works crystal clear and I tried all of the alc layout ids. Even alcplugfix did not work for me. I already use AppleALC kext. that's how I got my audio working.
P.S: Thanks for your comment on the Big Sur sata kext. It worked. :)
Hello guys,
I recently installed macOS Big Sur on my laptop hack. It was kinda easy. I have everything working. But, I have a 3.5mm external mic and I would like to get it working with my hack. It has extremely good sound quality and I would not like to keep it collecting dust. I have a audio...
