Using the steps vczilla provided I can get 10.8.2 to load, but I get a lot lof channel time outs, and sleep/wake is still an issue. I will probably go the new video card route since it seems this will be an ongoing issue.

The PCIRootUID flag should solve your problems. (Famous last words of course.)

Are you getting the Apple logo at boot, then the monitors go to standby? Try PCIRootUID=0 / 1 or check the GraphicsEnabler=Yes / No flag

What boot flags have you tried? Are you still at the boot0 error, even with the Unibeast USB?

I've patched my AGPM kext to include my 450, and I still have similar issues. There are a few threads on this forum regarding the problems, but none have a solution. The NVidia problems are ML specific. My 450 worked great in Lion, not so much in ML. All your flags look fine, so I would guess until someone tracks down a fix for all these issues, we are out of luck.

Similar to the blank icons issue. Not sure there is a real fix other than reinstalling or having to recreate your unibeast drive.

I didn't use that option, and I just deleted my 1.5 Unitbeast app, and cleared trash. Doh! Replied to PM.

I created my USB with Unibeast 1.5 as 1.5.2 wasn't available when I created the install USB.
