Anyone Install Big Sur Using Clover?

Am I able to use the latest clover and Keats to do a vanilla fresh install on my intel pc? I was running Catalina before and decided to go back to windows 10. Thinking of going back to MacOS. Thanks

ok. Is there any sequence of things I should be doing? I've made sure serial port is disabled in my BIOS. I've attached a pic of my Hackintool power tab. Not sure if this helps.....

    Sleep on Catalina - Z390 - 10.15.3

Hi, I'm bumping this thread because I have the same issue except I have a Rx 580 GB sapphire card. Surely the card should work with it properly?

Tried all those things. No luck. And I can’t see the comp from my MacBook. Can't see my hackintosh from my iPhone when I want to airdrop something too.

    Another Sleep issue

Hey, no it doesn't KP. I've fixed all the USB ports with Hackintool and removed all the unnecessary ports and created a new USBPorts.kext -

The New Beginner's Guide to USB Port Configuration

I got it sorted. I was an absolute moron and wrote the wrong replace HEX for the patch removal in clover. I got it sorted. But this hasn't fixed my sleep issue and I was hoping if someone could guide me on that. My Hack doesn't sleep properly. the screen goes black but the pc stays on and then I...

    Another Sleep issue

Hi Guys, I've nearly got my Hackintosh completely working, the only thing is sleep. When I click on sleep manually or when I let the Hack go to sleep automatically, the screen turns off but the machine is still on and I cannot go back to into my system. I've been pulling my hair out looking at...

The New Beginner's Guide to USB Port Configuration

Hi all, I was wondering if someone could guide me. my USB 3.0 does not work in the USB 3.0 Ports but USB2.0 works in the USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 Ports. the USB 3.0 is recognised in the USB 2.0 port. and my USB3.1 port is functioning properly. I've added the appropriate 2 patches for 10.15.5 and also...

Final Cut Pro X crashing on Boot

Hi Guys, I apologise if this has been answered in another forum so please guide me if the answer is somewhere else. I've just built my first proper Hackintosh using hardware which I think is native for Macs. I've set my SMBIOS to 19'1 and I want to start using this machine for video and photo...

SMBIOS support for Coffee Lake & Rx 580

should I give iMac Pro 1,1 a go then with my RX 580 card and i5 8600K CPU?

SMBIOS support for Coffee Lake & Rx 580

Yes I will be running Catalina. Thing is from what I can see, iMac 19'1 uses Rx 580X graphics. So not sure if that will have a difference. once again, sounds like a silly question, but if I go for 19'1, how will I know if my hardware isn't encoding with H264/HEVC

SMBIOS support for Coffee Lake & Rx 580

Thankyou for your reply! This may sound like a very silly question but If I don't select 19'1 (which is for Coffee Lake Processors) will I not get the H264/HEVC encoding/decoding from my Rx 580? And what's the downside by picking the SMBIOS which is not the same as my Coffee Lake Processor?

SMBIOS support for Coffee Lake & Rx 580

Hi, I sincerely apologise if this is the wrong place to start a thread, But I have just bought a few peripherals for my second hackintosh build. I bought an i5 8600k processor and a Sapphire Radeon Rx 580 8GB graphic card. I am having issues deciding which SMBIOS I should select. I have been...
