I finally figure out how to get HDMI signal on my Gigabyte h370m D3H with a i5 8400. I used someone's properties from an ASUS prime h370m. There are a lot of changes which can be seen here.

Lots of things changed. While I am very grateful to get this up...
OMG, this worked for me on my gigabyte H370m to solve the lack of HDMI problem!! How did you end up finding the original kexts you converted to WEG? I'd like to make a tutorial so no one has to go through this again.. :)
Interestingly, it still shows it is a DP, instead of HDMI:
I can't get any HDMI signal on my Gigabyte h370m D3H with a i5 8400. This is what I get when I boot with my platform-id set to
07009B3E using remote login. Should I change it to 0x3e92 ? Also, I cannot figure out how to identify which port is which on my motherboard. I have HDMI, DVI and VGA...

I'm looking for a tower for about 400$ . The hp6300/8300 i7 3770 is around that price but my big issue is that I need to use a 980gtx that requires two 8-pin connectors and as far as I know, only the z420s have a decent power supply even though I'd need to use power adapters. I like how the z420...
