    After hours of testing best solution for me is Lilu.kext and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext injected by Clover.

    My solution is Lilu.kext and NvidiaGraphicsFixup.kext injected by Clover. Applications that caused glitches now works ok. Update: Glitches back, so this is not solution :\

    For the record, on my another hackintosh with EVGA GTX640 everything works without glitches. SMBIOS set to iMac13,1, but this is clean install, on new SSD, not upgrade.

    I changed SMBIOS from iMac to MacPro5,1 and added my GTX660 device ID to AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext in macpro5,1 section. Now glitches are less annoying. Sometime not show for few hours, depending on running applications.

    Can someone check the kernel logs ( dmesg command as root in terminal app ). Do I only have sound subsystem debug messages in kernel log?

    After update i have tons of sound related debug messages in log. Every single sound played by system generate mass log flood. This is Apple bug or something hackintosh related? Update via Appstore. Everything works without problems. This messages don't look like errors, just info...

    With this driver my computer finally can go to sleep and wake without any problems. OpenCL with patch also works (not work on native drivers).

    Article: OS X 10.8.2 Update Some configurations with NVidia cards have this problem. Just boot to safe mode (-x) and rollback AppleACAPIPlatform.kext from 10.8.1. I have two similar configurations (ASUS Z68) and with AMD card 10.8.2 boot without kext rollback.
