    @StefanAM kool, thanks. :) so i gonna reflash the original firmware to the alpine ridge, change _E17 to XE17 and RP21 to RP05 (Z370). do you have the THB_C cable normally connected to the board without jumping any pins? thnks!

    hi! thanks @yosoyoco, so that means, you are using the apollo with the alpine ridge but disabled hotplug in the SSDT? i patched my alpine ridge with this rom: 3. GC-ALPINE-RIDGE-NVM21-V3-NATA.bin and jumped pins 1 and 3 (not 3 and 5) instead of connecting to THB_C header. ( i didn't t try the...

    @yosoyoco hi :) so you are using a flashed GC-Alpine Ridge without the SSDT. did you get rid of the uad kernel panics? which modified flash rom did u use? hotplug works fine and everything else as well? or what is the current behavior? thanks :)

    Hey @CaseySJ :) Thank u! why is it the case, that add-in card need a warm boot? a) is there a way to fix it so, that the machine boots up flawlessly? to me it looks like this is crash / KP is the result of initial ID, Bus or Port issues, which get magically fixed by doing a warm reboot. b)...
