@canyondust and @lightmanrt have you seen any issues using the F21 BIOS? Hot plug still working, and stability fine under stress (Adobe/protools, etc.) And is your TB3 chip the stock firmware, or did you flash it?

Check your Black Magic Video Desktop Version. It cannot be greater than 11.7 to work on a Mac. Any Mac. I use mine with OBS and had to uninstall the latest 12.1 version and revert back to 11.7. Still work fine at 11.7.

Yah that is strange. Have you tried resetting the bios and or flashing with latest the firmware?
