I appreciate the work you've done but i think you're overlooking the fact that sometimes there's value in community discussion.
It wasn't a request for help, it wasn't an issue report (the issue I referenced has already been well documented in this forum) - just a discussion.
Thanks for sharing this. Just a heads up, the 10.14 1080p plist example doesn't match up with the find and replace values beforehand.
Unfortunately this doesn't fix a similar issue on the XPS 9350 where the system reboots immediately after verbose logging (no kernel panic visible).
Also having the same issue here - I was able to boot into High Sierra (without acceleration) but since Mojave, I get a reboot from the error in OP.

So far I've tried the backlight fix suggested as well as using rehabmans UHD630...
Sorry for the late reply folks. The SMBIOS I provided in my config might be causing issues as it doesn't work by default in earlier versions of High Sierra.
If that's the case, five MacbookPro14,3 smbios a shot.
I've not had much time to work on this but I'm hoping to get native graphics...
As many others are having issues even getting past the installation of High Sierra on the 9570, I've decided to put together this guide.
Model: XPS 9570 (1080p)
CPU: i5 8300h
Graphics: Intel UHD 630, Nvidia (optimus) GTX 1050 MaxQ
Storage: NVME & PCIE SATA SSDs...
