Success! I had connected a 2nd SSD with an old installation of Yosemite that I was going to reformat for Windows. I unplugged it and after booting up, have two fully working 4k screens. The NVIDIA Driver Manager, however, doesn't recognise the GTX 960 in any of the slots and G-Sync is disabled...
There is no nvram.plist anywhere on the EFI partition and nothing appeared after installing RC scripts. If the nvram.plist is a standard for all installations, could you post a copy - if adding it would solve the problem?
Disabling CSM has given me one 4k display but About this Mac shows only 33Mb Graphics. even after installing Emuvariableuefi-64, Nvidia reverts to the default macOS driver still after selecting the Web driver. I checked that it's installed on the correct EFI partition. The 2nd screen (DP) has no...
I followed your counsel above but I noticed that the moment I clicked on the Sierra drive at the Clover boot, it immediately displayed the 1280x1024 screen, with the distorted Apple logo and opened up in that resolution. I'm only getting 1 monitor (I have 2 attached with DP).
Thanks for this. Just one problem: this is only my 2nd build and I'm a total newbie to Clover. Could you give me a step-by-step guide to doing this and explain how I should install it, as it's a bit over my head, I'm afraid. I downloaded the latest Clover and opened the package in Pacifist but...
Like lawry above, I am experiencing similar graphics problems. Originally, I used the built-in graphics on my Gene board but only got 1 display - but at least it was at full res. Yesterday, my long-awaited GTX960 WF2 arrived and I installed it, changing the config.plst. However, Sierra doesn't...
That's great news! I've been trying everything and had to go back to Mavericks as I couldn't get it working. I had the feeling that that is where the problem lay, so couldn't do anything about it. Thanks to all those who worked so hard to fix all these problems!
Thanks for the counsel with Chameleon Wizard. I selected the IntelAzul option and put 10 in the box. My dual monitor setup (DVI + HDMI) now works - but only with mirrored screens. How do I get individual screens as before with Mavericks?
