I have ordered X73, will do my hackintosh installation during Christmas break. However, what I have been told, you don't have to connect the X73 AIO to internal USB header and therefore, you won't have to setup anything from hackintosh side. While with most RGB AIOs you will need to connect to...
Hey guys, so I have a build with i3 1st gen that is running High Sierra for last 3 years smoothly. One of friend has a i7 870 1st gen CPU lying around and thinking to buy it from him. But I am not sure if there will be any issue with the current installation of the High Sierra if I put i7 CPU in...
That is massive news for so many like me!! Thank you so much for confirming. By the way, which DDR4 RAM brand and model are you particularly using for this build? I think that will help people who want to be certain about the support of 128GB in their build :)
LOL, compare the score with iMac 2019; the jump is huge. Plus 10 gen chips are the most hottest and we have better thermals than iMac; the most important factor for which I am not buying iMac and building hackintosh.
iMac 2020 is here and it comes with intel 10th gen i9 processor. The news that we have been waiting for and although knew but it is officially confirmed. Now it is time to make the Hackintosh with i9 10th gen :D
I understand your points and truth to be told I knew and told these many times and it is hard not to be tempted to go for it too. And I actually crossed off Radeon Pro W5700 long time ago after researching and comparing it with Radeon VII head to head.
But I am a Mac guy and I had lots of...
I use Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, lots of adobe apps and DaVinci Resolve for graphics and video editing purpose so far. I want to give a shot at Final Cut Pro for video editing as well.
Yeah I will do moderate amount of effects work as well. Plus it is good to get the latest & best one in terms of performance and compatibility as I will use this system around 5 years. Thanks for your suggestions and I will definitely buy after being sure :)
Thank you for the breakdown, really appreciate it. However, I am gonna hold my breath till the Big Navi and iMac are out. The Big Navi is supposed to be better. So it is great scenario while I have my fall back choice as Radeon VII and can see how Big Navi actually is in terms of performance!!
