Elitaozao, for this problem, in Bios try to set "Legacy USB support" in AUTO. It works for me.

I confirm the first point. I have this build (z87mx-d3h, 4770k, 16gb, etc) + Geforce GTX 660 and it works perfectly in dual screen by HDMI+DVI and Mavericks.
