Trying to find a solution to installing the MBA update on all Hackintoshs without breaking TonyMac rules (Which is why it was removed). I'll post when I have a solution.
Right now I'm thinking about reverse engineering it and understanding exactly what it does and then make my own...

Hmm. Doesn't look like I have a SPDIF to motherboard header adapter or I would test it for you. Ebay has plenty for $10. Worth a shot. I use the SPDIF out to Bravo then my receiver and Schiit BiFrost. That works great!
If you're into case mods you could go mPCIe -> PCIe 1x then throw on what ever PCIe NIC you wanted.
Also: mPCIe-> PCIe + 1x -> 16x adapter + graphics card + external PSU :D
