I had 5 signals when I poorly connected the power connector of the RX580 graphics card. There was poor contact and 5 signals at startup.
I inserted another plug, more qualitatively and everything was loaded.
I apologize for the stupid question. How to remove this text near the apple, at boot, after starting Clover? I do not use -v and removed this argument. I’ve searched everywhere and can’t find how to remove this text.
I unlocked the MSR on the GIGABYTE Z390M GAMING like this:
1. Downloaded here: Motherboard Gigabyte Z390M Gaming file "Z390MG.F9g"
2. I downloaded "EFI Shell.zip" from post # 1 and unzipped it.
2. Insert USB Flash, formatted in FAT32 (format with GUID parameter).
3. I placed the “Z390MG.F9g”...
I did! So that was just the wrong name? And I thought that I was injecting the video card incorrectly. :)
I did not know before that this PCI column needed to be filled.

I solved my problem with computer sleep in Mojave (Sleep Wake Cycling).
Wi-Fi + Bluetooth PCIEX1 device with AliExpress did not let the computer fall asleep.
USBPorts.kext did not help last time, so I replaced it with the full USBinjectAll.kext v1.73.
Added in EFI> CLOVER>...
I did all the actions, this did not solve my problem. You were right.

My Sapphire RX580 pulse 8gb graphics card started up without problems. Her name in about about mac "???", but it works well.
My IGPU did not start as I have not done connectors...
